1. WHO ?
FOOD INGREDIENTS TECHNOLOGIES NV, out of its passion for food and flavour, develops and manufactures functional and aromatic mixes for all sectors of the food industry.
We will only use the personal data that you provide to us for the services or purposes for which you have given us your consent. FOOD INGREDIENTS TECHNOLOGIES NV complies with European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data and with the Belgian Framework Legislation dated 30 July 2018. For the implementation of the provision of its services, FOOD INGREDIENTS TECHNOLOGIES NV acts as the data processing controller.

The security and management procedures are reviewed on a regular basis in accordance with the latest technological developments. We save your personal data in our database on a secure server. Access to the database is only possible by authorised persons who are involved in the processing of data.
8. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
You have the right at any time to inspect your personal data, and to exercise your rights outlined below.
