For the bakery sector, we have composed bread and waffle mixes that will give your products the desired airy texture with a sweet and/or fruit flavour via our extensive flavourings range FLAVOURS. If a particular colour is required, we can add this naturally with our FITCOLOR.

Many traditional biscuits rely on a herb mix for their flavour, for example sweet and herb speculoos and gingerbread or cheese biscuits in the savoury segment. Within the SPICEFIT range, we have developed the right products to create the exact flavour you require, both for sweet and savoury biscuits.

Texture, colour and taste

Whenever ice cream is made using a fruit paste, a little support is often required for the flavour with a natural or other flavouring (FLAVOURS) and for the colour, with a concentrated natural colouring (FITCOLOR).

In the production of yoghurt, custard and pudding, there are very specific requirements in terms of texture, colour, flavour and shelf life. By combining our raw materials, we can develop for you the product with the viscosity, the colour and the flavour you require. Our knowledge of the control of viscosity and texture, taking into account the often aggressive processes of sterilisation and pasteurisation is very extensive, as a result of which we can certainly help you with our QUELFIT range.
